Bogatz & Associates has a strong reputation for successful litigation strategies, as well as creative restructuring and bankruptcy solutions.

Since its inception, the firm has overseen or been debtor’s counsel in over forty successful Chapter 11 proceedings which resulted in the restructuring of over $250 million in debt. Bogatz & Associates was also directly involved in one of the largest real estate related Chapter 11 bankruptcy’s in Nevada’s history, involving a $1.2 billion real estate development project. For its work on that project, Bogatz & Associates was shortlisted for the Restructuring Project of the Year award at the 7th Annual International Financial Law Review Americas Awards.
